| Description | 1. Remove and dispose of all peeling and chipping lead paint from the walls and ceiling of the Garage Building. 2. The removal and disposal of the lead paint are to done in accordance to all Local, State, and Federal Laws. 3. All areas of abated paint will be encapsulated with two coats of sealer/primer. 4. The contractor will provide a report containing all manifests, licenses, certifications, monitoring, and any other requirements by local, state, and federal laws. 5. The owner will provide electrical and water connections. |
