Company 8 Fire Station. 3315 Church Street, Covington KY 41015.a) 2 Doors This project will span across five (5) locations throughout the City. This project, in its current stage, only incorporates the integration of an ACS for pedestrian doorways, if Vendor has ability to incorporate vehicle bays into an integrated ACS they should include that information in their response. The City shall be responsible for the input of employee information and the assignment of security access to each location. The ACS should include single door network controllers and proximity readers. Vendor responsibilities will include installation, cabling, programming, training and servicing. Vendor shall be responsible for stubbing up conduit to ceiling, when necessary. Vendor should include with their submitted Proposal an anticipated timeline of product installation and program implementation. Vendor shall be required to provide the City will assurances that the installation and implementation process will not interfere with regular fire station operations.
