St. Armands Public Restroom Facility

Work involves the construction of a 568 square foot, public restroom complex that will include a single user restroom for both Men and Women and a combination Family Rest Room that will include a small janitorial sink and storage room area. Basic construction shall involve a poured in place concrete for the foundation and slab on grade. Exterior walls shall be constructed of water proof concrete. Door openings will protected with detachable dry proof panel system. Roof construction shall be constructed with steel bar joints and metal deck. The pergola portion of the complex shall include poured in place concrete columns and covered with a glass fiber rafter system. Exterior walls shall be finished with painted stucco. The roof shall be insulated and protected with a TPO roof system. Exterior doors and frames shall be aluminum. Interior finish of rest room floor and walls shall be porcelain tile. Mechanical exhaust fans shall provide proper ventilation.
