The project includes the following in accordance with the plans and specifications. • 1,150 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer • 1,000 lineal feet of 10-inch water main • 110 lineal feet of 48-inch x 76-inch storm sewer • 300 lineal feet of 24-inch storm sewer • 670 lineal feet of 18-inch storm sewer • 330 lineal feet of 15-inch storm sewer • 1,000 lineal feet of 12-inch storm sewer • Clearing and grubbing • Detention pond construction • 30,000 cubic yards of fill • 7,600 square feet of aggregate base course • 3,100 lineal feet of 30-inch concrete curb and gutter • 6,600 square yards of bituminous pavement • 5,200 square yards of restoration seeding.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Utility Drainage Piping, Storm Utility Water Drains, Storm Drainage Structures.
