HVAC Upgrades Phase 2 at the Existing Various Schools

The Work consists of HVAC Upgrades at three (3) schools. Melvin H. Kreps MS: The removal of nine (9) air handler units and the decommissioning of the existing chiller. Nine (9) rooftop packaged units will be installed, all supply and return diffusers are to be replaced, new rooftop gas piping and electrical conduit. Grace N. Rogers ES: The removal of seventeen (17) unit ventilators, four (4) rooftop packaged units, and ceiling and lighting removal in select rooms. Patching of exterior walls where unit ventilators were removed, new ceilings and light fixtures in select rooms, new mechanical ductwork, new supply and return diffusers, four (4) new RTUs replaced in kind on adaptor curbs or new curbs, and six (6) new rooftop packaged units on new steel dunnage. Walter C. Black ES: The removal of twelve (12) unit ventilators and ceiling and lighting removal in select rooms. Patching of exterior walls where unit ventilators were removed, new ceilings and light fixtures in select rooms, new mechanical ductwork, new supply and return diffusers, and five (5) new rooftop packaged units on new steel dunnage.
