| Description | Comprehensive heating-ventilation-air conditioning HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement program for our facility. The Center’s HVAC system is approximately 14 ½ years old and is sophisticated and complex in nature. As a result, we now have an aging system operated with Powell controls. System controls are manipulated by the Center Director. The scope of this work will include the provision of a total maintenance/management program including, but not limited to the inspection, preventative maintenance, repair, replacement, programming and other tasks and services necessary to ensure the safe and continuous operation of a well-maintained HVAC system. |
