In general the work consists of Completely removing approximately 26,000 square feet of existing built-up asphalt roof and insulation to existing deck and installing a new fully adhered membrane roof system over the Food Service Building and connector hallway. This project is being let using a new single prime bidding and contracting process. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work.
