Green Acres Building Renovation - North Wing - Mechanical and Electrical

The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. 1. Demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, mechanical and electrical systems, and other interior construction. 2. Replacement of exterior windows and doors in renovation area with aluminum framed fenestration. 3. Steel stud and CMU interior partitions, and insulated furring around inside of exterior walls. 4. Foodservice equipment in dining area. 5. New plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and security electronics systems in renovated area, as well as replacement of plumbing in crawl space below, extension of the existing hydronic heating system from the basement to serve the renovated space above, connection to existing data/telecom racks in the basement, replacement of existing air handling equipment in mechanical penthouse, modification of existing electrical service in basement; and related roof flashing and curbs.
