Description

The project consists of approximately 6,100 linear feet of sidewalk reconstruction and streetscape improvements along both sides of the Silas Deane Highway (Route 99) in the Town of Rocky Hill from Elm Street (Route 160) to Parsonage Street. Also included are commercial driveway reconstruction, removal and replacement of bituminous concrete curbing, new bus passenger shelters, installation of new street trees and plantings, and installation of new decorative lighting.
