Cate Park ADA Ramp and Railing

The Town of Wolfeboro is seeking bids for installing an ADA ramp with railings in Cate Park. Located along the shore of Wolfeboro Bay in Downtown Wolfeboro, Cate Park is a cultural attraction that draws thousands to public events throughout the year. Bids should include: Total Cost for construction, based on the specifications below. Use the form below to submit costs. Proof of Insurance: Worker's Compensation and General Liability ($1M each occurrence, $2M aggregate) 2 customer references At least 2 photographs of recently completed similar projects Timeline for project Feel free to include any additional information that you feel may assist us in awarding this bid such as unique services offered, bulk purchasing discounts, maintenance contracts, etc. The Town of Wolfeboro reserves the right to award the bid based on the best interest of the Town of Wolfeboro. The Town may reject any and all bids. Only qualified bids will be considered. Preparatory Work o Removal of Existing Area Landscape. o Lay a Base for Ramp. New Work o Install a 45 Foot Long, 6 Foot Wide Ramp Starting From Sidewalk Entrance to the Northwest Corner Entrance to Cate Park. o Ramp Should Start With a Platform Off the Walkway That Exists. o Install an Ada Railing With Grab Handrails on Both Sides of the Ramp. o Should Be a Gradual Decline to the Lower Level of the Park.
