Description Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and qualified personnel to pick-up, transport, and dispose of all biohazardous medical waste, pathological waste, non-RCRA and RCRA regulated pharmaceutical waste, trace chemotherapy waste, non-RCRA and RCRA regulated hazardous chemical waste, and the waste from the Contractor-provided sharps containers, as well as complete a proactive exchange of partially full reusable sharps containers. The services shall be provided for NMVAHCS located at 1501 San Pedro St. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108; SAVAHCS located at 3601 S. 6th Ave., Tucson, AZ 85723, PVAHCS located at 650 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85012, and NAVAHCS located at 500 North Highway 89, Prescott, AZ 86313 as well as seven (7) CBOCs associated with SAVAHCS (see Paragraph 2.K.); eight (8) CBOCs, the CRRC, and three (3) Vet Centers associated with PVAHCS (see Paragraph 2.K.); seven (7) CBOCs associated with NAVAHCS (see Paragraph 2.K.); and (7) CBOCs associated with NMVAHCS (see Paragraph 2.K.) Contractor shall provide containers for packaging, transportation, and documentation of waste disposal that are compliant with all Federal, State, Local, and EPA Solid and Waste Laws and Regulations.
