Riverside Park Restroom - Structure

Site Address: 106 Jones Street Site Directions: Riverside Park in the City of Watertown, WI The work consists of Construction of a CMU Restroom/Shelter Building, Concrete Slab, Concrete Sidewalk, Connection to City and Private Utilities, Erosion Control, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the time set for opening Bids. Bidders shall prequalify with the City on forms in the bidding documents or on forms supplied by the Contractor not less than five (5) days before the opening of Bids.
