| Description | Provide service at Milwaukee County Courthouse Complex and County Grounds locations. Contractor shall be qualified to test and maintain electrical equipment up to 13.2 Kv. provide high voltage maintenance service throughout all facilities management buildings located at the Courthouse Complex, 901 North 9th Street and Vel Phillips Court Center at the County Grounds, 10201 West Watertown Plank Road including properties within a five mile radius from the Courthouse Complex and County Grounds identified properties.
