Redwood Park Improvements Project - City of Arcata

Per the owner, as of March 2, 2023, the city only received one proposal for this solicitation and the evaluation committed decided it would be in the city's best interest to perform the engineering design for this project in-house. The City of Arcata is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering design services for the Redwood Park Improvements Project in Arcata, California. The City intends to enter an agreement with a qualified consulting firm to complete final designs for the Project, with the option to later enter an agreement to provide construction management services for the Project. The City has been awarded construction funding for this Project through California Department of Housing and Community Development's Infill and Infrastructure Grant Program and the State Parks Per Capita Program. The award for this contract is anticipated to be made at the Arcata City Council's meeting on or after September 7, 2022. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
