| Description | The project consists of the reconstruction of approximately 2,600 linear feet of Monticello Drive from Cumberland Road to Richmond Lane. This includes reconstructing the existing asphalt roadway to a concrete section consisting of 6" of reinforced concrete with 6" of flexible base subgrade. The project also includes the installation of approximately 3,000 LF of 6"-8" water line, 1,800 LF of reinforced concrete pipe and reinforced concrete box culverts of various sizes, and approximately 3,000 LF of 6"-10" sanitary sewer line. Additionally, the project includes ADA compliant sidewalks with curb ramps, driveway repairs, and streetlights. |
