RFP-Solid Waste and Recycling Consulting Services

sealed proposals will be received by the City of Moorpark (City or Moorpark) for solid waste and recycling consulting services including, but not limited to, general franchise agreement coordination, program management, data tracking, and preparation of CalRecycle annual reports. The City may conduct interviews of the top ranking firms in order to make a final selection. The successful firm will be recommended to the City Council for authorization to enter into a Professional Services Agreement for As Needed Solid Waste and Recycling Consulting Services with the City of Moorpark. The Request for Proposal may be viewed and/or obtained from the City of Moorpark Electronically. Failure to comply with the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal may result in disqualification. The City of Moorpark reserves the right to reject all proposals and to waive any minor informalities or irregularities contained in this proposal. Acceptance of any proposal submitted pursuant to this Request for Proposal does not constitute any implied intent to enter into an Agreement. The Agreement award, if any, will be made to the consultant who, in the Citys sole discretion, is best able to perform the required services in a manner most beneficial to the City.
