Winchester Goodrich Park Splash Pad

A. Work of the Project includes construction of: The scope of the project is site demolition and construction of a splash pad. Demolition includes removal of existing concrete sidewalk and curb, asphalt pavement, chain-link fencing, landscape stone, and signs. Improvements include a mechanical enclosure, a shade structure, a splash pad, upgraded sidewalks and curbs, parking lot pavement, upgraded utilities, and site lighting. B. The work is as described herein, as shown on the plans, and as specified in the bid/specifications documents. Construction shall be performed in a workmanlike manner and to the satisfaction of the Engineer. C. All of the above items including site work, piping, electrical, demolition and all other incidental work necessary for construction of the project as described in the project documents, whether explicitly indicated or not. The Contractor shall provide all resources needed to complete the work in a quality manner according to the specified schedule

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
