Work consists of locate and demarcate spot repair areas, to relocate existing armor stones as needed to provide suitable base for new armor stones and to supply new armor stone and place on designated spot repair areas to specified elevations. Bidders shall submit the completed Subcontractor-Supplier Information Entry with the Bid. Failure to submit this information with Bid may result in rejection of the Bid as non-responsive. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required with bid. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner. Base Bid shall remain open to acceptance for a period of 60 days after bid due date.
