| Description | CONTRACTOR shall provide Biohazard Clean-Up and Removal Services in emergency and/or non-emergency situations, on an as-needed basis, and determined by the CITY. This biohazard clean-up service includes, but may not be limited to, the clean-up or removal of blood, vomit, urine, feces, drug-paraphernalia such as syringes, and any other situation in which the CITY determines the clean-up is hazardous to CITY employees and/or citizens. Clean-up shall include the removal, disinfection, and sanitation at locations across the CITY such as public right-of-way, CITY owned facilities and park grounds; and/or landscape assessment areas, including basins. |
