Description

Professional architectural and engineering services, Historic School Renovation Contact is Rodney A. Hathaway, County Administrator New Kent, Virginia 12007 Courthouse Circle New Kent, VA 23124 rahathaway@newkent-va.us New Kent County is requesting proposals from interested firms to provide professional architectural/engineering services for the renovation of a former school facility referred to as the Historic School, to be used as a community center and office space. The project will also involve professional architectural/engineering services for the construction of a new school maintenance facility that will replace an existing building located on the Historic School site for the purpose of expanding parking to accommodate the planned use of the Historic School. The Historic School is located at 11825 New Kent Highway, New Kent, VA 23124. Technical questions concerning this RFP should be submitted in writing to the following person no later than Monday, August 15, 2022: Rodney A.
