Description

Directions to RCTC Main Campus - 851 30th Ave SE, Rochester, MN 55904: HWY. 52 SOUTHBOUND: Exit at 41st Street exit to access 37th Street NW (turns into East Circle Drive and County Road 22) and travel east through the intersections of US 63 and County Road 9. RCTC entrance will be to the right (just before Highway 14 intersection). HWY. 63 SOUTHBOUND: Exit at 37th Street NW (turns into East Circle Drive and County Road 22) and travel east through the intersection of County Road 9. RCTC entrance will be to the right (just before Highway 14 intersection). HWY. 63 NORTHBOUND: Exit at Highway 14 East (also known as 12th Street) and travel east to County Road 22.Turn left on County Road 22 and take an immediate left into the RCTC campus. I-90: Exit at Highway 63 North and follow instructions above. HWY. 14 WESTBOUND OR EASTBOUND: The College sits just off of Highway 14 on the east side of Rochester, Exit County Road 22, and take an immediate left into the RCTC campus. Parties that download the Drawings and specifications and need to have them printed elsewhere, are solely responsible for those printing costs. The Architect/Engineer and/or College/University Representatives will review the bidding procedures, Bidding Documents and other conditions with interested Bidders and answer questions. Two contracts for classroom technology upgrades will be issued. One contract will be for the purchase and integration of the technology equipment. The second contract will be for providing the infrastructure. A. Contract A: 1. Purchase of the technology equipment including a. Monitors b. Cameras c. Microphones d. Projectors e. Equipment racks f. Controllers g. Specialty cables 2. Installation of the technology equipment including a. Mounting of the monitors, cameras, microphones, projectors, equipment racks, and controllers. b. Final connections for all communications cables c. Startup, testing, commissioning, and training. B. Contract B: 1. Furnish and Install the infrastructure for the technology equipment a. Provide outlet boxes in walls and ceilings where required for power and communications connections to new technology equipment. b. Provide receptacles and data outlets in new outlet boxes and new conduit/conductors. c. Install CAT6 cables from new outlets to teachers station data racks, and from teacher's station data racks to nearest communications room. Provide terminations of cables.
