Description

The project consists of selected Auditorium stage rigging repairs at the F.W. Holbein School, 333 Levis Drive, Mount Holly, New Jersey 08060. Construction shall begin on or about 19 June 2023 and shall be substantially completed on or before 28 August 2023. An electronic copy of the specifications and drawings will be made available to Bidders; hard copies of the bidding documents will not be provided. Access to the electronic documents will be emailed to the Bidder upon receipt of their payment and all of the following information: Business name. Contact person. Business mailing address. Business phone number. Business facsimile number. Email address for whom bid documents are to be sent. Registered Bidders must submit substitution requests or any questions concerning the project to Regan Young England Butera on Section 006001 BIDDER REQUEST FOR INFORMATION included in the Project Manual no later than 1:00 PM on 03 May 2023. The Architect will not respond to questions received by those other than Prime Bidders. Prime Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of the State of New Jersey Public School Contract Law, N.J.S.A. Title 18A:18A. The withdrawal or modification to a Bid after the bid opening is not permitted. All bid security, except for the security of the three apparent lowest responsible Prime Bidders shall, if requested, be returned after ten days from the opening of the bids, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excepted, and the bids of such Prime Bidders shall be considered as withdrawn. The Mount Holly Township Board of Education will return the remaining bidders security in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-36(a). The MOUNT HOLLY TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION has the right to award the contracts within sixty (60) days of the bid opening and reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22 and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions, as may be permitted by law. Bidders are advised that the Mount Holly Township Board of Education reserves the right to cancel this Project at any time due to any unforeseen circumstances that arise in connection with any Public Health Emergency and funding related to same.
