Technical specification for the demolition of an abandoned wooden structure located in pawling, ny. The Contractor must provide a plan for the demolition and removal of portions of the building. The plan should include but not limited to; o Required construction permits o A schedule of demolition activities including detailed start and end dates o Analysis of existing utilities including a plan on how to remediate each utility o Analysis of foundations with a backfill plan to return site to a landscaped area, that includes the removal of 3 feet of basement perimeter walls from top down and the drilling of drainage holes into the basement floor slab to account for drainage requirements o Determination of all salvageable materials o As part of a sustainable design how demolition debris will be identified and recycled as well as how debris will be disposed of.
