| Description | The Dundee Library is seeking an electronic messaging sign to replace the current sign in the same location. 2. Furnish and install one double face internally luminated sign with graphics for the top portion. 3. Furnish and install one double face WATCHFIRE or equal, full color electronic messaging sign. Includes cellular communication, Ignite software or equal and complete onsite and webinar training. 4. The electronic message sign shall have the capability to adjust for lighting, shall not produce glare to adjacent properties, and shall automatically dim the intensity of lights during hours of darkness. 5.
