Montlake Elementary Modernization and Addition Project

Provide preconstruction and construction services for the Montlake Elementary Modernization identified in the Building Excellence (BEX) V Capital Levy. The proposed project is located at 2409 22nd Avenue E, Seattle, WA, 98112, on a 1.80-acre site. The project will build a new multi-story school addition of approximately 65,000 sq. ft, to the existing Seattle Landmark building which will also be renovated to provide permanent space for up to 500 students, grades PreK-5. Students will be located off-site during the period of construction. The construction cost is anticipated to be $42 million and includes hazardous material abatement, building demolition, site work, construction of the new school and off-site improvements.
