2021 Outdoor Swimming Pool Improvements

The Project work includes to providing the labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace 13,960 sq. ft. of concrete pool floor, 5700 sq. ft. of concrete decking, 3705 sq. ft. of concrete spray splash pad slab, 146 ln. ft. of trench drain, 34 pool floor returns, 854 ln. ft. of concrete pool wall gutters, 17,832 sq. ft. area sandblasting and painting of the pool, 68 sq. ft. of pits and grates, 1800 ln. ft. of water stops, 195 sq. ft. of concrete steps, 110 ln. ft. of rails and netting, 25 rope anchors, and 973 ln. ft. of gutter grates, and as detailed herein including mobilization, demobilization, and insurance and bonds as indicated on the contract specifications and construction drawings provided by Waters Edge Aquatic Design.
