Original Set Aside: Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13) PROJECT INFORMATION: Burns Harbor, Porter County, Indiana has shoaling in the harbor that requires removal as part of the reoccurring maintenance for the harbor. The contractor is expected to dredge up to 160,000 CY of sediment. The material will be placed either near shore in the littoral zone or at a designated beach (Portage Beach or Ogden Dunes Beach).
