Water Treatment Service Boilers/Cooling Towers

The district requests a turnkey water treatment program. The contractor shall initially evaluate all the district facilities provide recommendations, and develop a schedule. A complete evaluation of the district’s water treatment systems shall be performed and written recommendations for corrective actions submitted to the Director of Buildings and Grounds for approval and implementation. The contractor shall provide and install but not limited to: all treatment chemicals, maintain and install all water treatment equipment, run all water tests for open and closed systems, provide install and remove all empty chemical containers, handle all safety/insurance/ and regulatory requirements including the proper posting and storage of chemicals. The contractor shall provide a considerable range of water treatment services and all incidental services required for and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory maintenance of the district’s furnaces, boilers, domestic water, and cooling systems. This work shall include, but not be limited to, maintenance, servicing, repairs, installations, upgrades, rentals, modifications, chemicals and running all tests as required, work for water conditioning and ancillary equipment related to boiler, potable water and HVAC operation to maintain the equipment in first class operating condition.
