| Description | Material shall be delivered to the Bay County Clay Pit located at 4838 Fire Tower Rd, Panama City, FL 32404 as needed by the Roads & Bridges Division or the Steelfield Road Landfill located at 11411 Landfill Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32407 as needed by the Solid Waste Division. Clean fill dirt is defined as dirt that is free from any contaminates such as corrosives, combustibles, noxious or reactive materials, radioactive substances, or any organic material. Additionally, the fill dirt must not contain dangerous refuse, rubble, muck, metal, glass, or wood. |
