Description

This project will include the relocation of the Sherman Street Culvert that carries Celebration Creek. The proposed 3’ x 6’culvert will run parallel to Sherman Street and connect to the PennDOT culvert which runs under Kennedy Drive (SR 309). Additional work includes inlet relocation, replacement of existing sidewalk with concrete sidewalk and curb, milling and paving of parking lot, and backfilling of existing culvert with flowable fill.
