Spring Mill Estates and Pleasant Lane Sanitary Sewer Extensions

The work to be performed on this project includes providing all labor, equipment and materials to install approximately 4,400 linear feet of eight (8) inch diameter SDR26 PVC sanitary sewer pipe with 26 precast concrete manholes and associated appurtenances. The eight (8) inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe will be installed in Spring Mill Lane, Ashbridge Court, Brentfort Court, Bechtel Road and Pleasant Lane as shown on the Contract Drawings and as described in the Contract Specifications. The project also includes furnishing and installing wye fittings and six (6) inch diameter SDR26 PVC sanitary sewer pipe laterals to the right-of-way line of the existing streets for each existing residence. The project will also include the milling and pavement resurfacing of Spring Mill Lane, Ashbridge Court, Brentfort Court, Bechtel Road and Pleasant Lane to the depths and limits as shown on the Contract Drawings and as described in the Contract Specifications. This project also includes the installation of approximately 200 linear feet of twelve (12) inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe storm sewer and three (3) precast concrete inlets in Pleasant Lane.
