Description | The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, Jackson Mississippi, has a requirement to design and build (Design/Build) project for CCTV Upgrade (Non-OIT). The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, material and resources necessary to design and build (DB) a fully functional, error-free, addressable CCTV Upgrade (Non-OIT) at the G.V. Sonny Montgomery VAMC. All components must function completely as a whole system. Abbreviated SOW: The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center is looking to identify an exceptional Contractor to provide a turnkey solution requirement for a CCTV Upgrade Non-IT. This will include the removal and replacement of existing analog cameras and matrix controller, as well as the addition of cameras in areas where security surveillance is insufficient, or non-existent included in the cost estimate, will be the calculations for upgrade and maintenance of core switches, network switches, and UPS. Contractor shall provide comprehensive service including but not limited to design (and as built Plans), supply, install, implement, commissioning, and training for a new CCTV Upgrade. All work shall be done in accordance with, all laws, ordinances, building codes, rules and regulations applying to the work, including, but not limited to VA, Federal, State, County, City, Industry design guides, code standards, regulations and policies. Contractor shall work with COR to minimize construction impact to daily operation of the GV Sonny Montgomery VAMC. The period of performance for this project will be 180 calendar day from NTP. The contractor for this design shall provide all necessary investigation, verification of as-built conditions, development of specifications, development of cost estimates, development of construction documents, and contract administration for the execution of the project referenced above. The D/B firm shall review all product submittals for construction plan compliance, offer recommendations to the VA concerning all submittals, conduct site visits, review requests for information (RFI), maintain and produce accurate post construction documents for submission to the VA. |
