Cumberland Family Medical Center Inc. - Lincoln First Choice

Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. will receive bids for construction of the Lincoln First Choice in Stanford, Kentucky. This project consists of the following bid packages: earthwork, asphalt, concrete, masonry, structural steel, general construction, roofing, storefront and windows, drywall, acoustical ceiling, floor coverings, painting, casework, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Each selected contractor must have a competent Superintendent/Foreman on site (no subcontracting the work without a representative from the contracted firm being on site will be tolerated). Each contractor will be required to provide proof of worker's compensation and general liability insurance. Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. will be the certificate holder and the project name must be listed on the certificate. Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. must be listed as additional insured for general liability. A detailed project schedule will be compiled before construction begins; our anticipated overall time frame is fourteen (14) months from commencement to substantial completion. All questions need to be submitted in writing to shonaker@cfmcky.com no later than 10:00 AM EST, March 1, 2023. If the bid amount is over $250,000.00 the bidder will need to supply a 5% bid bond and successful contractor will be required to provide a 100% Performance & Payment Bond. Supplies broken out for Owner direct purchase are not required to be included in the Performance and Payment Bond The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of bids without consent of Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc.
