Replace Freezers-Central Services Building-Tipton Correctional Center

The project consists of the replacement of two freezers, their under-floor slabs, the HVAC equipment providing refrigeration to the freezers, floor tile removal and replacement, and installation of a new underfloor heating system below the freezers. NOTE: Only MBE/WBE firms certified by the State of Missouri The contractor shall pay not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages for work of a similar character in the locality in which the work is performed, us determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and as set out in the detailed plans and specifications.
