Solid Waste and Recyclables Collection

Municipal Solid Waste Collection and Disposal and Recyclables Collection and Marketing for the period of October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2024. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, treasurer's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. The Successful Bidder, when awarded the Contract, shall deliver a bond with suitable, reasonable requirements guaranteeing performance of the Contract with delivery to be made with sufficient surety in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the Total Bid Amount. The bond shall be with an approved surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All bids must be submitted using the Form of Proposal attached to the Bidding Documents. In addition, all bids must be accompanied by a properly executed NonCollusion Affidavit provided as a part of the Bidding Documents. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and accept any bids deemed to be in the best interest of any of The Township.
