| Description | The program includes identification and assessment of materials that may be present at NJ TRANSIT facilities including, but not limited to, lead-based paint, dust, and debris. In addition, the consultant will be responsible for designing specifications and monitoring abatement of lead, including, but not limited to, abatement of lead-based paint and lead-containing dust and debris. The consultant will also be responsible for assisting in the evaluation of lead abatement contractors and other consultants, and their proposals in connection with lead-based paint management. |
