| Description | Provide labor and materials to patch, prep and paint various interior walls and ceilings throughout the main building of Portage Park Elementary to restore to a uniform acceptable appearance. This is to include classrooms, hallways, stairwells & vestibules across the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Note that environmental testing and mitigation by a RRP certified contractor has already taken place for this work. Floor plans from previously completed RRP project will be provided as reference material of the base scope of areas to be addressed. There may be some affected areas not indicated on the floor plans that are to be included in the scope of work. If damaged paint or plaster beyond what is indicated in the floor plans is found, it is to be included in the scope of work to ensure that no damage remains.
