| Description | Each bid must be accompanied by a surety bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, or the amount specified, WHEN INDICATED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS. Vendors must submit an electronic bid bond through the respective online clearinghouse bond management system(s) as indicated in the electronic bid Solicitation on Central Auction House. No scanned paper copies of any bid bond will be accepted as part of the electronic bid submission. The Jefferson Parish Council reserves the right to reject all bids and to reject bids for just cause, pursuant to the law. We extend this bid to cover all labor, materials and equipment for the repair of the gym roof at Kennedy Heights Playground caused by Hurricane Ida. Remove existing temporary TPO roof. Install new vinyl reinforced installation as needed. Install new R panel roof system (match existing color). Install new metal rake and ridge. Install new upper and lower closures. Install new boots for all penetrations. Replace damaged gutters and down pipes. Remove existing temporary TPO roof. Install new vinyl reinforced insulation as needed. Install new R panel roof system (match existing color). Install new metal rake and ridge. Install new upper and lower closures. Install all new boots for all penetrations. Provide a lift as needed to complete the scope of work. Provide all clean up and debris removal. Replace damaged gutters and down pipes. Replace any other pieces missing in the roof system. |
