Hazel Avenue Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project

Cured-in-place lining of 1,919 feet of 8” Vitrified Clay Pipe and the cured-in-place lining of 37 sanitary laterals up to the right of way or proposed cleanout. Replacement of 100 feet of 8” Vitrified Clay Pipe with 8” PVC SDR 26 Conduit. Replacement of existing sanitary laterals in lieu of lining at the direction of the LCDU Engieer if the existing laterals are found to be Orangeburg pipe or are structurally inadequate to be used as a host pipe. The installation of 33 cut-in tee cleanouts. The project also includes the rehabilitation of six sanitary manholes. Pavement restoration for manhole rehabilitation and pipe replacements shall consist of 1-1/2 inches of ODOT Item 441, Surface Course over 2 inches of ODOT Item 441, Intermediate Course over 6 inches of ODOT Item 301, Asphalt Concrete and existing subbase.
