Description | Remove previous garage door. Furnish and install new overhead garage door. Furnish four (4) remote control devices Questions Due Date: Aug 18th 2022, 12:00 PM CDT Each Bidder must include in their Bid the premium cost for the performance and payment Bond in the full amount of their contract, when the project is over $50,000. If the Bidder fails to furnish the performance bond within seven (7) days after acceptance of the Bidders Bid, by the Board, the Bid acceptance maybe rescinded and the Bidder maybe precluded from further Bidding with the Board. The performance Bond must be issued by a surety acceptable to the Board and Licensed by the State of Illinois. The proposal shall be submitted with the attached Bid Cover Sheet completed in its entirety. Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. All work to be performed during normal working hours If bid price is over $25,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement. If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid. Remove the existing inoperative Dukane intercom head-end equipment and discard. Furnish and install one (1) new intercom head-end system per CPS specification 27 53 15 with support for up to 80 classrooms, including one (1) new master console, and relay interface control to activate existing mechanical bells if present. Perform 100% walk-test of all rooms after new head-end equipment is installed, note deficiencies if any. Provide staff training on system operation. Re-use existing cabling. Re-use existing corridor, common area, and classroom speakers & call-buttons. Provide data drop between new intercom equipment and nearest existing available data port. Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. All work to be perform ed during normal working hours. If bid price is over $25,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement.
