| Description | The work consists of the lawn and grounds landscape and maintenance to include mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, weed control, tree and hedge pruning and shaping, tree maintenance, maintenance of flowerbeds, cultivating, fertilizing, planting, and cleanup of lawns, trees, and other improved areas. The work also includes spraying of herbicides, insecticides, cleaning sidewalks, steps, patio and road area, and maintenance of the sprinkler system. The service furnished by the Contractor must be compatible with sound horticultural and commercial practices for the Yuma area. The Contractor must maintain the grounds, grass, trees, shrubs, and parking areas clean and neat. |
