Sportsman Island Boat & RV Storage Facility

The scope of work includes the construction of a new outdoor storage facility with canopies and landscaping, grading, paving work. As of January 5, 2024, no building permits have been submitted to the City of Charleston. An architect is not required for this project. The general contractor has not been determined. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to begin before second quarter 2024.
