| Description | The work under this Contract consists of razing and removing the building, excavation, grading, filling, removal of all exterior and interior junk and debris, weeds, and brush, and all incidentals necessary to provide the Redevelopment Authority of Fond du Lac with a cleared site, in accordance with City and State codes, at:83 South Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935 Please note there are contents on both floors (it is not stacked from floor to ceiling though) the building it is not empty. Any asbestos or lead removal will be addressed by the owner so bid as if it’s not there. Building must also be demolished within 30 days of the accepted bid. |
