2023 Water Main Contract for Development Projects

This Invitation to Bid is for 2023 Water Main Contract for Development Projects. The KC Board of Public Utilities (BPU) requests interested parties to submit formal sealed bids/proposals for the above referenced project. BPU will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities on an as-needed basis, provided prospective vendors give adequate notice. Bidders are required to use the printed proposal forms contained in the bid documents. Bidders may request additional information by submitting their questions via email to: Jacquelyn Bagby, jbagby@bpu.com and purchasing@bpu.com. All questions must be directed to the Department of Purchasing and Supply. Answers to all questions will be compiled and distributed through as an addendum. No Bidder shall discuss details of this Invitation to Bid with individual BPU personnel outside of the Purchasing Department. The BPU reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and waive irregularities therein, and all Proposers agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the BPU for any penalty of any kind brought against the BPU because of such rejections.
