2020 Roadway Improvements, 2021 Roadway Improvements, and the Residential Curb and Sidewalk Program

The project generally consists of improvements to Claremont Avenue from James Street to David Street, Clayton Court, Obert Street from Main Street to Jackson Street, First Street from Leonardine Avenue to New Street, Gordon Street from Main Street to Washington Street, Albourne Street from Cleveland Avenue to Wilcox Street, Ferris Street from Cleveland Avenue to Darrow Street, and Drainage Improvements on Wilcox Street from Darrow Street to Birchwood Place, as delineated on the contract drawings, including but not limited to Hot Mix Asphalt reconstruction and/or milling, installation of new concrete curbs, sidewalk and handicap ramps, installation of Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course and Hot Mix Asphalt 19M64 Base Course, storm sewer system installation, water main installation, sanitary sewer system improvements and all other associated work as contained in the Contract Documents or as ordered by the Engineer. The project also includes residential curb and sidewalk improvements and all other associated work as contained in the Contract Documents or as ordered by the Engineer.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
