This project consists of removal of the existing black card spa area, removal of the existing restrooms, showers and locker rooms for the new construction of the same. The club will be open and there will be customers to work around. The removal of floor finishes requiring load machines, the removal of concrete, any saw cutting and anything else requiring large or load equipment will have to be performed after 10pm or before 6am. The project is anticipated to begin upon permit issuance which could be within 2 weeks of the bid due date, so please bid accordingly and take this into account.
