The lowest responsive bidder must demonstrate successful completion of projects of similar size and scope to be considered for the award of this contract. Description: HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair Work Location: In Androscoggin, Kennebec, Somerset, Franklin, Oxford, and Piscataquis Counties, project is located at various MaineDOT owned buildings. Outline of Work: Perform annual preventative maintenance, provide on call repair and emergency services, and other incidental work.
