| Description | Wall repair includes demolition of front cap and the existing cap as required. The cost of the new concrete cap includes the removal of the existing cap as necessary and the cost of the reinforcement. The cost of anchors includes deadman or manta ray. Tiebacks includes plate washer and nut, and PVC sleeve if deadman are used. The cost of the concrete cap replacement includes the removal of existing cap as necessary, and the cost of reinforcement. The back fill of non-structural landscape stone must be installed at a slope of (1) vertical unit to (2) horizontal units at the back of the proposed cap. Contractor responsible for removing all concrete debris and its proper disposal. |
