| Description | This logging unit contains approximately 156 acres to harvest with a total predetermined volume of 5,211 MBF of sawlogs including; 4,218 MBF of western hemlock and other conifer sawlogs, 397 MBF of western redcedar sawlogs, 361 MBF of Douglas-fir sawlogs, 195 MBF of Sitka spruce sawlogs, 40 MBF of red alder and other hardwood sawlogs, an undetermined volume of cull and utility logs (all species), and a predetermined volume of 136 cords of western redcedar salvage (shake and shingle). The above stated volumes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Each bidder must state the total purchase price that will be paid for timber on this unit. The minimum qualifying bid will not be advertised. Cull & utility and redcedar salvage logs are removable at the Purchasers option. |
