| Description | A. Remove and dispose of all remaining awning brackets above loading docks on the North exterior of the building. B. Fill/seal all remaining holes with elastomeric caulk to match building color. (as close as possible). C. Provide labor and material to install (1) 5’ x 60’ extruded aluminum canopy w/ the following: 1. 2 coats Kynar paint on all exposed surfaces. 2. 6” x 6” beams. 3. 2 ¾” decking material. 4. 6” painted aluminum fascia. 5. 1 ¾” aluminum round wall braces. 6. Drain outlets at each end, to drain away from doors. 7. Epoxy Fastening System to be used on all structural anchors. D. Provide labor and material to install (7) exterior 277v LED Lights with new conduit, conductors and connections. 1. Lights to be 12” x 12” under canopy flush mounted. 2. Mounting fasteners shall not compromise water shedding integrity of the canopy. 3. All electrical material to be certified for use in wet environment. 4. Provide and install (1) photocell at the top left of new awning. |
